Hmmm....
Lately, I've been so preoccupied with school and work that I haven't been able to post anything new.
Olive graduated from Jumpstart Therapy last week. I dunno if I've mentioned this before, but originally, we were sent there (when she was only 6 months) because she had not reached her sitting up goals. I wasn't worried because we'd noticed that she was behind in terms of "weeks" because she was born premie not because of any disability. I figured this was the same thing. But we humored them and went. Olive sat up on her own 2 days into therapy, but they kept her on. I didn't mind because she seemed to really enjoy the attention and everyone there was super sweet to her.
Wed, we went in for our usual visit and found that she was going to be tested to see if she was done with the program. Some of the tests included, stacking blocks, writing or coloring, putting pegs in a board, climbing stairs, walking, naming body parts, ect, ect.
She did really well and so they decided to let her go. It was kinda sad and rushed because I really liked her therapist and everyone there had been so good to us. I plan on doing something nice for them sometime soon.
Another reason for the lack of pictures is Barb's camera died (it had been a while because she didn't even have it for the zoo) and we were left with my craptacular camera. Im not very good at taking pictures so...yah. I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but almost all of my pictures are taken by Barb. You can tell when its me behind the camera ._.
Spring Break is next week and I'm pretty excited. I'm not doing anything, but I'm excited to be able to spend some time with Olive and some of my friends. I've also been working on Olive's playroom, little by little. Hopefully I'll get the bed soon! I still have to work though....*sigh*
I have/had two tests this week, I already took one and I passed. I'm just worried about the one on Thursday. I missed a day and half of the test is on the info from that day. I've pretty much figured out most of it after going over the review sheet and answer key, but I still have some questions.....
